For many years, I have observed black spots of oil and fluids leaking from vehicles in almost every parking space everywhere: Stores, churches, supermarkets, schools etc. When looking at the pavement at street intersections or at the middle of roads I also noticed concentrations of fluids that have leaked from vehicles.
